Feasibility & Strategy
Audience, timing, venue, and deal structure. We model the tour before money changes hands. If it doesn't work, we say so.
Traditional promoters supply the capital and run the tour. Their participation pays for both.
When the capital comes from the artist, rights holder, or another investor, Capacity runs the tour without taking the traditional promoter's full share.
Capacity handles booking, routing, venue deals, marketing, ticketing, production, reporting, and settlement. Compensation can combine a retainer, a smaller share of the profit, and bonuses tied to agreed results. The people taking the risk keep more of the return.
