Capacity Entertainment LLC (“Capacity,” “we,” “us”) operates the website capacitylive.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep things simple because our data practices are simple.
Information We Collect
Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and your message. This information is sent to us by email (via Resend) and to our Slack workspace so we can respond to your inquiry.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address through Mailcoach. We use it to send occasional updates about our work, tools, and industry observations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Job Applications
If you apply for a position through our industry jobs board, we collect your name, email address, the resume file you upload, and any information you include in your application. This is sent to us by email (via Resend), with your resume included as an attachment.
Analytics
We use Fathom Analytics for privacy-friendly website analytics. Fathom does not use cookies and does not collect personal data, so it runs for everyone. We also use Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking, which sets cookies and only loads after you accept in our cookie banner.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, send you updates you’ve opted into, process job applications, and understand how our website is used in aggregate. We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website:

Cookies
Our analytics provider (Fathom) does not use cookies. Google Tag Manager and the conversion and advertising tools it loads may set cookies, but they load only after you accept in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, none of those tools or cookies load. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions and job applications are retained as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form by our analytics providers.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes
If we make significant changes to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
